- You must be a Virginia residential customer with electric service in your name.
- Use an approved internet-connected thermostat and allow brief cooling adjustments during demand events.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
The customer enrolls online. E-gift cards go to the email address used to register the thermostat.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
