Do I Qualify
- You must be an active Virginia residential electric customer who pays the electric bill.
- The thermostat must serve a single-family home with a qualifying heat pump.
- Buy new equipment on or after January 1, 2025. Apply within 90 days of purchase.
- The program allows up to two thermostat rebates per customer.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It

- Upload the paid receipt and submit the rebate within the purchase deadline.
