Do I Qualify
- Chelan PUD customer; primary heat must be permanently installed electric heat.
- Enable required occupancy sensing and heat-pump controls.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
Either customer or contractor may apply; the check is mailed to the customer.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Install the qualifying model and photograph it.
- Submit the receipt and application within 12 months.
