Enrollment for 2026 is open. Open. Customers with electrically heated homes are eligible for rebates on heat pumps.
Serves: All of Snohomish County and Camano Island.
Do I Qualify
- Own an eligible existing single-family home.
- Use a PUD registered contractor.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
The registered contractor includes the rebate in the bill and files the application.
The money is paid to the contractor.
The Steps to Apply
- Confirm eligibility before installation.
- The contractor installs, files and receives payment after PUD approval.
