Enrollment for 2026 is open. Open. PenLight offers an incentive on select new smart thermostat models.
Serves: Gig Harbor, Key Peninsula, Herron Island, Raft Island and Fox Island.
Do I Qualify
- Existing single-family home served by PenLight.
- Customer or HVAC contractor may install the thermostat.
How Much Comes Off

Who Files It
The customer sends the project form and receipt to the energy specialist.
The money is paid to the homeowner.
The Steps to Apply
- Install and connect a qualifying model.
- Submit the receipt and required project information.
