Serves: Specific Duvall-area neighborhoods in ZIP codes 98014 or 98019; PSE must verify the address.
Do I Qualify
- Existing single-family PSE natural-gas or dual-fuel customer in an eligible neighborhood.
- Homes with existing heat pumps are ineligible.
How Much Comes Off

| Ductless heat pump | Same fuel-switching conditions; inverter mini-split; heads in the main living area, bedrooms and other high-flow rooms. | $8,000 per system |
Who Files It
A PSE Trade Ally or REP contractor installs the equipment and submits the rebate.
The money is paid to the contractor.

- Ask PSE to verify your address.
- Use a network contractor; submit within 30 days of installation.
